Refund and Returns Policy

At Corglasnie, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality fitness equipment and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to ensure your peace of mind.

Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully. By purchasing from Corglasnie, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included with the return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at info@corglasnie.com or call us at (256) 892-9721 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once you receive the RA number, securely pack the item, including all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Write the RA number on the outside of the package and ship the item to the address provided in your RA instructions.
  4. Corglasnie recommends using a traceable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item was part of a free shipping promotion, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you received a damaged or defective product, Corglasnie will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or replacement based on your preference.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another item, you will need to follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. Unfortunately, we cannot directly exchange items. The return must be processed, and a new purchase must be made.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@corglasnie.com or call (256) 892-9721. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable. These include:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items that have been used or assembled.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us before initiating a return.

7. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returns, particularly for large or bulky items, to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and reselling the product. You will be notified of any applicable restocking fees at the time of your return request.
